1. What we collect
When you fill out one of our forms, we collect your name, phone number, and details about your business, like what kind of business it is and what you need. Phone is required on our forms so we can text or call you back. If Google Analytics is enabled, we also collect basic, anonymized analytics: pages visited, time on site, referral source, and device type.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information for one reason: to text or call you back about your website, and to build it. That’s it.
3. Never sold or shared with marketers
We never sell your information. We never share your phone number with marketers, data brokers, or anyone outside DWTB?!, ever.
4. Internal notifications
When you submit a form, Twilio sends a text to our own phones, so a real person sees it fast. That notification goes to us, not to you. We only text or call you back after someone on our team reads your submission and replies personally.
5. Storage
Your form submissions are stored securely so we can follow up and build your site. We use Upstash to rate-limit form submissions and prevent abuse, and the Gmail API to send email notifications internally. Neither service is used to contact you directly, they support our own process.
6. Your rights
Text or email us at hello@dwtb.dev anytime and we’ll delete your information.
7. Cookies and analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand how people use the site: pages visited, time on site, general referral source. This runs through first-party cookies and doesn’t identify you personally.
