Terms of Service

1. The service

DWTB?! designs, builds, hosts, and maintains a website for your business. The initial build is free. We do not collect any payment information from you until you decide to keep the site.

2. Subscription

If you want to keep your site, it’s $15 a month. That covers hosting, your domain registration, and small content edits: new prices, new photos, new services, updated hours. Larger rebuilds or new functionality are quoted separately, and we won’t start that work without your approval.

3. Billing

Billing starts only after you approve it. We text you a payment link, and nothing is ever charged automatically before you approve it. Once you’re on the plan, your rate is locked at $15 a month for as long as you stay subscribed.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime, by text, no fee. Your domain is registered in your name, so it stays yours whether you stay or go. If you cancel, we’ll transfer your site files to you on request.

5. Content

You confirm that you have the rights to any text, photos, or other content you send us to use on your site.

6. No guarantees

We build every site in good faith and to a high standard. We don’t guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue.

7. Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the fees you’ve paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page. If you keep using the service after a change, that means you accept it.
