DWTB.dev Brand Kit

One place for the system, the rules, and the proof logic.

This is the fast reference surface for the DWTB.dev brand. It points to the canonical file, shows the current token language, and gives working guidance for site design, proof assets, social cards, and operator-facing visuals.

Quick Start

How to use the kit

Step 01

Start with the canonical spec in docs/brand-guidelines.md.

Step 02

Pull literal values from brand/tokens.json or lib/brand-tokens.ts before inventing new ones.

Step 03

Use proof tiers and ambiguity rules before publishing any screenshot or client-backed claim.

Step 04

Run the QA checklists when the asset is headed for social, OG, or client-facing use.

Brand Essence

The four moves that make the brand read correctly.

Operator-Led

The system should feel like it was built by someone who knows freight from reps, pressure, and commercial reality, not from trend decks.

Proof-First

Screenshots, outcomes, named context, and system artifacts should carry more weight than ornamental design moves.

Signal, Not Noise

Cyan is a signal event. Use it to direct action, mark state, and create emphasis. It is not a background wash.

Structured Intensity

Hard edges, disciplined cards, restrained atmosphere, and compressed type give the brand its tension and premium feel.

Palette

Current signal and surface language

Near-black neutrals carry the structure. Cyan is reserved for signal, state, and emphasis. If a layout starts feeling loud, it usually has too much accent and not enough surface discipline.

Sharper story. Stronger market presence.

Display language uses Geist Sans with tight tracking and high contrast.

Proof System

Proof is part of the design language.

Tier A and Tier B can power public proof when attribution is clear.
Tier C needs ambiguity mode, disclosure framing, and permission attestation.
Tier D is not publishable.
Raw screenshots do not ship without a shell, context, and masking where needed.

Identity

Logo and mark usage

The brand is wordmark-first. Use the mark-only expressions when space is constrained or the DWTB context is already established.

Identity rule

The `?!` cluster should read as a distinct accent beside DWTB, never as a collision on top of the `B`. If that separation is lost, the asset is wrong.

Share Pack

Easy ways to send this around

Live page

Use the public `/brand-kit` route when someone needs the fastest overview with visuals, sizes, proof rules, and links.

Markdown file

Use the download action when someone needs the complete written spec as a portable file they can circulate internally.

Canonical truth

The route is for fast sharing. The canonical source remains docs/brand-guidelines.md, backed by tokens, QA docs, and the brand-lab verification surface.

Vector bundle

Download the SVG asset pack as a zip when someone needs logos for decks, docs, partner pages, or outbound collateral.

Live Page Review

Use this before shipping any page change.

Use approved naming in the right context: DWTB?!, DWTB.dev, or DWTB?! Studios.
Keep the primary CTA aligned with the approved action language.
Let proof and named context carry more weight than decorative atmosphere.
Use cyan as signal, not wallpaper.
Keep headlines compressed, specific, and commercially legible.
Remove banned jargon and vague strategy filler.
If the glow layers disappeared, the page should still read as DWTB.
